Once your order is placed you will recieve a email confirmation. When your order is prepared and ready to ship from are fulfillment center, we will send you a tracking number.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If shipping protection is not added at checkout, Jumpshot Athletics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages when the carrier confirms delivery. However if a package is lost in transit before it reaches your address, we will gladly replace your order at no additional cost.
