if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility For Returns 

*Returns are excepted within the first 14 days of the delivery date. 

*Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

*Tags must be attached and items must be free of odors, stains, or damage.

*All sale items, limited drops, or city edityion releases may be final sale unless otherwise stated 

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
*Worn or damaged items 
*Items without original tags
*Final sale items 
*Gift cards 
*Items returned after the 14-day window 
*Hats that have been worn

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color please contact are support team.
We can check availability and help process an exchange if the item is in stock

Return Shipping

*Custumors are responsible for return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
*If your order was damaged on arrival, email us within 48 hours with photos so we can take care of it quickly.

Refunds

Once your return is delivered and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval.
Approval refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-7 business days depending on your bank.

Lost or stolen returns

We highly recommend using a shipping method with tracking.
Jumpshot Athletics is not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.
